Refund Method

If your order has not yet shipped, you can file a refund request and we will refund your payment as soon as possible, if your order has shipped, we wiil refund your payment as soon as when we have received the item back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

To cancel your order, please contact IN as soon as possible.

Description Of Refund Policy

1. For other reasons(excluding product quality reasons) ,you are unsatisfied with the purchased item, you are welcome to return it in a saleable condition within 30 days, and we will refund you at your purchase price after confirming receipt of the returned items in good condition (this excludes bulk orders). We will not reimburse the customer for the courier fee paid to return goods.
2. However, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowedwith bulk orders. Only if an item is damaged, you may exchange it for another similar item. We will also not refund the shipping fee if paid by customers when they purchased the original item.
3. We only accept that customers pay on our website during the checkout process. When confirming the processing of your refund, we will refund the payment to you through the payment system of our website as soon as possible.
4. We do not accept any returns after 30days from delivery date.
