How To Exchange And Return Your Products

IN offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, the item can be returned/exchanged within 30 days after delivery,you will need to contact us at xxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com to start the return process., you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition.

Please note that after an exchange is made, the item do not qualify for refunds.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.


Exchange & Return Conditions

1.Only new, unused, and undamaged pieces are accepted for returns and exchanges.

2.We will not accept a return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

3.IN only accepts exchanges or resending your package, but refund will be not accepted if your package was lost during shipment.

4.Each order only allow  to be returned once.

5.Do not allow to return once we ship out the items until it arrive at the destination.


Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and if the creation is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at xxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com that we can assess the problem and correct it.


1.Please allow up to 7 days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.

2.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3.Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.

4.You can apply to cancel your order before delivering it for a full refund.
